Complete Renovation | Barfüsserplatz Property in Basel

Suburbs, the countryside, or perhaps a central location? Location is the decisive factor when evaluating a property. This project is located in the heart of Basel and is set to undergo a complete renovation. To ensure reliable and highly precise planning documentation, VDE was commissioned to create new 2D plans and a 3D ArchiCAD model.

Various situations were encountered on site; some floors were already at the structural shell stage, while others were surveyed while the building was still in use. Thanks to flexible and professional collaboration with the architect, the building owner, and the tenant, the survey was well prepared and successfully carried out.
