Existing Model of Intergenerational Housing | Bürgerspital Basel

A new form of communal living is taking shape in the historic Bürgerspital building. In the future, older adults, students, and people with disabilities will move into shared living spaces. It’s a concept that brings generations together and fosters social connection.

We are proud to be part of this project. The 3D as-built model we created serves as a reliable foundation for the planning and implementation of this new living concept. It provides clarity regarding the existing structure and makes it possible to develop modern living spaces without losing the building’s character and history.
