A construction project is a marathon, not a sprint. That’s why it’s not uncommon for a project to be carried out in phases, since certain decisions often haven’t been made yet. From both a financial and structural standpoint, it can make sense to divide the construction work into phases.
A good example of this is this project on Türgasse in Wädenswil. At this point, we have completed the 3D modeling for the two attached buildings at Türgasse 24 and 26; two years ago, we were able to survey and create 3D models of Türgasse 20 and 22.
