Point Cloud to BIM Model | Historic Building in St. Gallen

In March, our team members Seenujan, Markus, and Livio conducted 3D laser scans of a historic building on Buchentalstrasse in St. Gallen.

After an intensive month of coordinated collaboration, the captured point cloud was converted into a highly detailed and precise 3D as-built model. The model reliably depicts the current condition of the building and serves as a solid planning basis for its future use and development.

This project exemplifies the strength of our workflow: the close collaboration between experienced surveyors on-site and specialized modelers in the office—efficient, precise, and consistently high-quality throughout.
