Premium Church Survey Terrain Model | Reformed Church in Otelfingen, ZH

In the heart of Otelfingen stands the Reformed Church with its striking green bell tower—a historic landmark full of character.

For this significant structure, we were entrusted with the complete survey and modeling as part of a precise 3D survey. In addition to the main building—which includes a ground floor, gallery, and attic—the imposing bell tower, including its complex wooden structure, was documented down to the smallest detail.

The results were modeled in ArchiCAD 27 and delivered in various formats (DWG, DXF, PDF, and PLN). The terrain of the entire parcel was also fully modeled and integrated using the “Premium” terrain standard.

The project demonstrates how historic buildings can be transferred into the digital world using modern surveying technology. Precise, efficient, and respectful of the existing structure.
