Site Redevelopment: Existing Model | Egg, ZH

Over the past few decades, population growth has not spared Egg either. Due to brisk construction activity, the population has risen steadily. In recent years, several industrial sites have also been repurposed for residential use. This project, too, will create new living spaces.

To support this, VDE created 3D models of the two main buildings, the interior and exterior of the barn, and the exteriors of the two adjacent buildings. With these precise planning documents, the client’s architects can now optimally plan and design the renovation.
