Survey of the Neubad Cultural Center | Lucerne

The former indoor swimming pool of the City of Lucerne—now known as the “Neubad” cultural center—is set to undergo a comprehensive renovation and structural redevelopment.

Using the city’s laser scan data, we have created a precise, true-to-scale 3D as-built model of the historic building. The model accurately depicts all spatial structures, levels, and component geometries of the complex Brutalist building and serves as a reliable foundation for the commissioned planning teams during the upcoming design and construction phases.
