Variant Study: 4 Properties | Basel

To enable the client to conduct a comprehensive variant study of the four buildings, VDE surveyed the properties in Basel using laser scanning and modeled them in 3D ArchiCAD. The feasibility study is intended to provide the owner with insights to serve as a basis for decision-making regarding next steps and future project planning.

The digital planning basis reflecting the as-is condition at the time of the survey—in the form of a 3D ArchiCAD model—provides the client with the ideal starting point and planning certainty to efficiently conduct the feasibility study and carry out future project planning within it.
